The Regional Museum of Local History stands as a historic cornerstone in the South Kazakhstan region, being both the largest and oldest museum in the area. Its origins trace back to the 1920s, and over nearly a century, the museum has undergone various transformations and name changes, amassing a collection of over 88,000 exhibits, with the most exceptional ones on display in its exhibition halls.
