The museum, dedicated to the great writer, poet, publicist, and statesman Saken Seifullin, is housed in a building that stands as an architectural monument from the second half of the 19th century.
The museum’s extensive collections encompass over 5,000 items, including unique photographs, books, copies of archival documents, newspaper clippings, personal belongings once belonging to Saken Seifullin and his family members, as well as sculptures and paintings that pay tribute to the writer’s life and work.
The exhibition unfolds across six halls within the museum, providing visitors with an opportunity to explore the modern city of Nur-Sultan and its historical predecessor, Akmola, which was the political homeland of Seifullin, and where his significant state and public activities unfolded.
