One of the most beautiful and amazing places in the city is Mount Kok – Tobe, located at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level. The cable car has been operating since 1967 and connects the city center and Kok-Tobe. From the top there is an amazing panorama of the mountains and the city.

On Kok-Tobe there is a fountain of “Wishes”, a children’s playground, a climbing wall, a Fast Coaster attraction, a mini-zoo, an art gallery and souvenir shops, a rope park, an Alley of Lovers, and so on. In 2007, a monument to the Beatles rock band was unveiled.

Also on the top of Mount Kok-Tobe is a Ferris Wheel, which offers views not only of the entire city, but also of its surroundings.
